VIRGINIA – VCC opens docket for new interconnection rules

FLASH – Late-breaking news that missed the March 2008 newsletter. On February 27, 2008, the Virginia Corporation Commission opened Docket PUE-2008-00004 to develop small distributed generator interconnection standards consistent with the federal standards. The VCC staff has proposed draft interconnection standards and commentary will be accepted until May 19, 2008.
